This enables Marimon Buendia & Carranza to propose insurance suited to the client’s needs and address all the matters raised in their enquiry. This analysis is not limited to the product itself; it also extends to the quality of service and benefits that the insurance company selected or rejected is capable of providing at the time the contract is concluded.
Complaints and Claims
To handle and resolve complaints and claims relating to the activities of Marimon Buendia & Carranza, the company has an outsourced Customer Service Department headed by Mr José Antonio Muñoz Márquez.
